ETL Work Reviewed

An ETL publication, Punitive Damages: Common Law and Civil Law Perspectives (Springer 2009)  has recently been the subject of review in a number of journals such as HAVE (4/2009), ERPL (1/2010) and Haftpflicht International (1/2010).

The reviews noted such features as the well-placed timing of analysing such an issue and applauded the holistic methodological approach taken, encompassing as the work does, not only the views of a wide range of legal systems, but also views from the economic and public international law fields which present important problems that are inherently connected to such a subject as punitive damages.
