ETL Director in China

Ken Oliphant participated in a Symposium on the Implementation of the coming Chinese Tort Liability Law  held at the Research Centre for Civil and Commercial Jurisprudence of Renmin University and the China and Sichuan University Law School. He offered a European perspective on the coming enactment along with delivering a lecture to students about the Principles of European Tort Law.
